Exegistics has partnered with a leading company specializing in stylish lighting fixtures for modern homes. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate with SAP experience to join the team. In this role, you will process vendor payments accurately and on time while maintaining vendor records.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices weekly and ensure a three-way match (Invoice, PO, Receiver)
Verify sales tax accuracy on vendor invoices
Request and process W-9s and 1099s
Enter approved invoices into the payables system (SAP) and track payment due dates
Ensure vendor discounts are applied in a timely manner
Issue weekly payments, including online invoice payments
Process commission payments twice a month
Maintain accurate vendor records and update spreadsheets
Code and process UPS and FedEx invoices and freight payments
Manage the B2B email account and process all emailed invoices
Provide backup support for other department roles as needed
What We Are Looking For
Must have SAP experience
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic accounting knowledge and experience in accounts payable
Proficiency in Windows and Excel
10-key by touch proficiency
Excellent attendance and reliability
